Welcome to XPI

Combining the stability of CMMI with the Flexibility of XP (Agile) Practices

Our goal at XPI is to help software companies blend the stability of CMMI with the flexibility of XP (agile) practices.  If you are a software company looking to become more agile and mature at the same time, XPI can help you.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help our clients reach higher maturity levels in the CMMI model by creating a more agile process culture within their organization.

A process culture can only be created by people who understand and believe in processes.  The culture begins with top management and spreads down through the lower levels of an organization.  People believing in the process culture will be able to create the necessary work flows and environment that lead to a more dynamic and effective organization, when they are supported by sufficient tools.

We have found our greatest strength lies not just in our knowledge of XP and CMMI, but in our ability to work with people and assist organizations to institutionalize newly defined processes, while helping their people learn to accept, love, and own the new processes.
